Max appeared this past weekend in Hyde Park, N.Y. at The Bocuse d'Or USA Competition Weekend, held at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). He lectured to a standing-room-only crowd in the Danny Kaye Theatre on the health benefits of eating cheese. Max also signed books, where his newest book, Mastering Cheese: Lessons for Connoisseurship From A Maître Fromager, was featured.
