Max appeared this past weekend in Hyde Park, N.Y. at The Bocuse d'Or USA Competition Weekend, held at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA).  He lectured to a standing-room-only crowd in the Danny Kaye Theatre on the health benefits of eating cheese.  Max also signed books, where his newest book, Mastering Cheese: Lessons for Connoisseurship From A Maître Fromager, was featured.  Below pictures capture:  Max "talking cheese" and signing his book,  the Danny Kaye Theatre soon after it opened its doors for Max's lecture, cheeses tasted during the lecture, Max's opening slide, and the staff/students from CIA who assisted Max.
